What exactly is the foundation membership?
The Foundation Membership is a launch-only version of our subscription plans - built to reward the people who support us from the very beginning.
It functions similarly to a regular subscription in that you'll be eligible for Free Shipping, first access and unique perks - but most importantly, it stacks on the best retail price discount we can offer.
We can't do discounts on single orders, we offer 10% off for our regular subscribers - and for Foundation Members, you'll get 15% off of every order - locked in for the life of the subscription.

How do i become a foundation member?
From launch day until we choose to close it - anyone who starts a subscription to any product will be considered a Foundation Member.
Once you've got it - you can add products to it, remove products, change the frequency or even pause for a time - you'll still keep the 15% tier, just don't cancel it.
Once this window closes, our Foundation Members are locked in.

Absolutely. We don't expect anyone to subscribe to something they've never tried.
You can place a one-off order to test it out, find what you love, and then start a subscription before the Foundation Member window closes. -
Totally fine. You can choose your delivery schedule to be as minimal as a single product every 2 months and still lock-in the one-off Foundation pricing.

Yes. We want long-term members, not locked-in ones.
Once you cancel though, you'll lose the Foundation Member status. If you need a break and think you might want to come back later, you can also pause for 3 months, or skip a delivery if needed.

Foundation Memberships will only be available during the 3-month launch window - or until we feel there's enough people on board. After that, Foundation Memberships are gone forever.
