These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Raised website located at [www.raisedthebar.com] (the “Site”) and your purchase of any products from Raised Pty Ltd (“Raised”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By accessing the Site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use this Site or purchase products from us.

You agree to use the Site in accordance with all applicable laws and these Terms. You must not use the Site for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, or in a way that may damage, disable, or impair our website or interfere with any other user’s use of the Site.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason.
3. Products and Orders
We sell energy bars and related products through our online store. All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to:
Limit the quantities of any products
Refuse or cancel any order for any reason
Substitute products of equal or greater value if a product is unavailable (with customer consent)
Your order becomes a binding agreement once payment has been received and the order has been accepted by us.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices do not include shipping fees, which are calculated at checkout.
We accept payment via major credit/debit cards and other methods supported by Shopify’s payment platform. All transactions are processed securely through encrypted payment gateways. We do not store full credit card information.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We offer shipping throughout Australia and to selected international destinations. Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party carriers. Risk in the goods passes to you once the order has been dispatched.
6. Returns and Refunds
We offer a 90-day unconditional return policy on all products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at team@raisedthebar.com to arrange a return or refund.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. We reserve the right to request proof of purchase and/or the return of the product.
This return policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including the right to a remedy for goods that are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, product names, and designs, is the property of Raised or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any content from the Site without prior written permission from us.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We exclude all representations, warranties, and guarantees not expressly stated in these Terms
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising out of your use of the Site or purchase of our products
Where liability cannot be excluded under law, our total liability is limited (at our election) to the replacement of the goods or the refund of the purchase price.
9. Consumer Guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

11. Guest Checkout
You may purchase products without creating an account. However, we may retain your transaction details in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable regulations for tax and legal compliance.

17. Mobile Terms of Service: Raised

The Raised mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Raised
(“Raised”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and
conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent
permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service
following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Raised’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages
from and on behalf of Raised through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if
your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an
automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include
updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may
include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is
not a condition of any purchase with Raised. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging
imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan
and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text
messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to Raised or click
the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation
text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed
to other Raised mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires
otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their
respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of
these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or
telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in
such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to
provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with
your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected
delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or
may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
