What Is Store Credit?

Store credit is a digital balance we add to your Raised account. It can be used to pay for any products on our online store — just like cash, but exclusive to Raised.

We issue store credit for things like:


- Birthday rewards

- “Win Your Order Back” promotions

- Referral bonuses

- Customer service resolutions

- Other discretionary offers from the Raised team


When you receive store credit, you’ll be notified by email with the amount, expiry date, and how to redeem it.

How Store Credit Works


How to Use It: Store credit automatically appears at checkout when you’re logged in with the same email that received it. Just select it as your payment method — no codes or guesswork needed.


Where You Can Use It: Online only at www.raisednutrition.com - store credit can’t be used in gyms or physical stockist locations.


Combining With Discounts: You can use store credit and a discount code on the same order, unless the promotion terms specifically say otherwise.


Partial Payments: If your store credit doesn’t cover the full amount, you can pay the remaining balance using another payment method.

Expiry & Validity


All store credits expire 6 months (180 days) from the date they’re issued.


After expiry, any unused balance will be automatically removed and cannot be reinstated.


Expired credits are final — no extensions, reissues, or exchanges.


Store credit cannot be converted to cash or refunded.

We’ll remind you before your credit expires, but ultimately it’s your responsibility to use it in time.

Refunds & Store Credit

If you’ve received a refund in the form of store credit:


That credit will also expire after 6 months.


It carries no cash value and can’t be transferred or withdrawn.


If the original purchase earned loyalty points, those points may be adjusted accordingly.

Transfers & Accounts

Store credits are linked to your Raised customer account and can’t be transferred, sold, or shared with another account.

If you have multiple accounts under different emails, we can’t merge store credits across them — so use the same email every time you shop.

Promotions & “Win Your Order Back”


If you win your order back, you’ll receive a store credit equal to the total paid (excluding taxes and shipping, if applicable).


The credit will be issued within 7 business days of confirmation.


All standard expiry and usage conditions apply.


Winning doesn’t affect your eligibility for future giveaways — we like spreading the love.

Lost or Missing Credit

If you believe you were issued store credit and can’t find it, email us at team@raisednutrition.com with your order number or account email.

We’ll check our system and reissue if it’s valid and unexpired.

General Terms


Raised reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel store credit programs at any time.


Misuse, tampering, or fraudulent activity related to store credit may result in cancellation of your account or credits.


Store credit is not legal tender and has no cash value outside of our store.


In short:
use it within 6 months, keep it linked to your account, and enjoy it on anything you like in our store.
