The Collagen Bar Mixed Box

It's the gentle art, but I think we all agree, your joints take a beating every time you train. Collagen is the primary structural protein in ligaments, tendons and cartilage - the exact tissues that get stressed during grips, submissions and scrambles.

We use Australian grass-fed hydrolysed bovine collagen, around 5g in every bar. If you want the research behind why we chose it, it's all on the science page.

Two plant protein sources, not one. Together they deliver a complete amino acid profile alongside the collagen.

The pumpkin seed protein is Australian grown, one of the only sources produced in this country, and it brings magnesium, zinc and iron with it. Sprouted brown rice protein is highly digestible and pairs with it to round out the amino profile.
