Shipping Locations
We ship Australia-wide, across the ditch to New Zealand, and opening up to select international destinations as soon as we can.

Shipping Timeframes
These are the best estimates and generally out of our hands once your package leaves the warehouse - but here's what to typically expect:
Australia
Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days on the Australian East Coast, 7-10 business days to the West Coast and NZ.
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
Again, these times may be longer depending on your state and region or time of year.
International
Delivery times vary based on location. Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days.
Delays may occur due to customs processing, local holidays, or remote delivery areas.
You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and shipping method.
We offer free shipping over certain order values and free shipping on all Australian subscription orders.
Order Processing
Orders are typically packed and dispatched on the same day if placed before 12pm.
During peak periods or promotions, dispatch times may be slightly longer — we’ll keep you posted if there’s a delay.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once your order leaves our warehouse, it’s in the hands of the carrier — but we’ll help if things go wrong.
If your order is delayed or hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery window:
Please check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
Then email us at team@raisednutrition.com and we’ll investigate and make it right
