Raised x Bulletproof for BJJ Giveaway: Terms and Conditions
- Promoter: Raised The Bar Pty Ltd (ABN 78 684 137 915), trading as Raised, Suite 1, 86 Mann Street, Gosford NSW 2250 ("Raised"). The giveaway is run in partnership with [Bulletproof legal entity name and ABN] ("Bulletproof for BJJ").
- Promotion period: The giveaway opens at 12:00am AEDT on [1 November 2026] and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on [30 November 2026]. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
- Eligibility: Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 or over. Employees of Raised and Bulletproof for BJJ, their immediate families, and anyone involved in running this promotion cannot enter.
- How to enter: Submit a valid email address through the entry form at raisednutrition.com/pages/bulletproof-giveaway during the promotion period. No purchase is necessary.
- Entry limit: One entry per person. Duplicate entries will be removed, and entries submitted using automated means will be disqualified.
- Prize: One winner will receive three Raised Mixed Boxes (36 bars in total), with a total value of $198 (RRP, including GST). The total prize pool is $198. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. If a product becomes unavailable, Raised may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
- Draw: The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries at 12:00pm AEDT on [date] at 30 Kemp Street, Cumbalum NSW 2478.
- Notification: The winner will be notified by email within two business days of the draw and must reply with a delivery address in Australia within [7] days. If the winner can't be contacted or doesn't respond within that time, the prize will be forfeited and a redraw will take place at the same location at 12:00pm AEDT on [redraw date]. The redraw winner will be notified by email within two business days.
- Winner announcement: The winner's first name and state will be shared on the Raised and Bulletproof for BJJ Instagram accounts with their permission.
- Delivery: The prize will be shipped free of charge to the winner's Australian address within [14] days of their reply. Raised is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or for an incorrect address supplied by the winner.
- Privacy and marketing: By entering, you consent to your email address being collected by Raised and shared with Bulletproof for BJJ, and to receiving marketing emails from both. Each business will handle your information in line with its own privacy policy (Raised's is at raisednutrition.com/pages/privacy-policy). You can unsubscribe from either at any time using the link in any email.
- Instagram: This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta.
- Liability: To the extent permitted by law, Raised and Bulletproof for BJJ are not liable for any loss or damage arising from this promotion or the prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
- General: Raised may disqualify any entry it reasonably believes breaches these terms or interferes with the promotion. If the promotion can't run as planned for reasons beyond Raised's control, Raised may amend, suspend or cancel it, subject to state and territory regulations.
